Chapter Update

Hey, I just wanted to give a brief update on the chapter I'm currently working on, mostly to assure everyone that it's both still being written and almost complete.

I think it's a looking to be a great chapter, and while it's (of course) ballooned far bigger than anticipated, I'm happy with what's there and how it looks.

I'm a little frustrated that it's only *almost* done though. I was making incredible progress with it for a long time, I was fully expecting to have it done in May, or June at worst, but then the editing and proofing just completely slowed it down and it dragged my timeline out drastically.

As of this morning there were three scenes that needed to be finished (probably about 3-4,000 words total) and as of the time I'm writing this, there's only two scenes left to do. So, ideally, you should be seeing it finished very soon.

But I thought I should give an update regardless because "very soon" sometimes tends to be take a little longer than I want. 

That's a long way of saying, "I have been working hard on it" and "It's almost done."

So, I guess I'll just say thank you again for your support and patience, and I'll make sure to have it ready and done in as good a quality as your expect, as soon as I can manage.

[Danmachi] A Waning Silence Ch17 - Public Release

 

And here we go! The long suffering and perhaps long awaited, public release for Ch17!

I'm in a really good mood after finally getting this finished, that I've actually already made good progress on the next. Of course, there's a long way to go, but hey, hopefully that's a good omen. Haha, I'll take whatever I can get if it means no more waits like this one!

Man, I don't even want to think about how long this took. What a mission it was. I'm not even sure why, really, it just really took everything out of me to get this done, even though I was continually chipping away at it.

Still, I tried some new things and I changed things up a little and I think it makes for a fun read. Hopefully, maybe. 

A little less emphasis on sex this time, although there is a nice, long raunchy scene so hopefully that'll still be fun! But more importantly, the plot and the timeline are both moving forward a great deal and we're now going headlong into the next arc!

 I've still got a bit more editing and polishing I want to do, so I'll tidy that up a bit more as I get through that.

Chapter Finally Complete

 The long awaited, long overdue update!

As expected, going overseas before I was able to finish the chapter threw a huge wrench in my plans, as did coming back and needing to re-establish myself back home. But, I've been writing. 

I wrote while overseas, and I wrote when I came back home, and I've just now, finally, finished Chapter 17 for "A Waning Silence."

Just needs to some revisions and edits, as well as transcribing the stuff I wrote overseas (since I did that on pen and pad lol), and then I'll have it on my SubscribeStar for Early Access.

It's a fun chapter this time, I think, a lott'a action rather than "action" though, but hopefully that makes for a good read.

Anyway, wanted to keep everyone in the loop. Update should be soon.
